We offer a multi-registration discount for students registering for 2 or more classes, or a parent registering multiple children for classes! After the first class at the cost of $275, each additional class is $250.

If you are joining after the classes have started, you can also pay a pro-rated cost for the remainder of the quarter.

Registration

Before each quarter, we post our class schedule under incntr.com/calendar. Class descriptions & details can be found under the Programs tab on incntr.com, as well as on our online registration platform, Amilia.

How to Register

  1. Go to our online registration page.
  2. If you’re new to Amilia, follow the instructions to make an account.
  3. Now you should see SJIC’s current programs. Click on the program you’re interested in (e.g., “2025 Fall Session”).
  4. Scroll down to find the department you’re interested in. Click on a subject and a subcategory dropdown to find individual courses.
  5. Click “View activity details” to view more information about a course.

  7. Click “Checkout”.
  8. Click “Proceed to checkout”, and enter the requested information.
  9. Click “Proceed to payment”, enter the requested payment information, and click “Pay now”.

Email info@incntr.com for help registering!

Class Levels

At SJIC, we organize our class levels by experience rather than ages or grades. For anyone new to the center or a subject, we highly recommend meeting with a teacher to talk about which level is right for you or your child! Contact the department email (e.g., coding@incntr.com) or info@incntr.com to schedule a meeting.

Level System

  • Level 1 (L1): Designed for beginners — no prior experience needed.
  • Level 2 (L2): For students who have some prior experience in a subject, or have completed one or more of SJIC’s classes or camps.
  • Level 3+ (L3+): Higher level classes that require advanced experience in a subject.

Missed Classes & Make-Ups

Since classes build students’ knowledge throughout the session, we highly encourage students to attend all classes. If a student cannot make a class, please try to give at least 24 hours notice so our teachers can plan ahead. Contact the relevant department email (e.g., chess@incntr.com) or contact the instructor directly.

We can also schedule make-up lessons or drop-in classes in the case of a class cancellation (e.g., if a teacher is ill, and class is not held that day). Make-ups and drop-ins can only be scheduled within the same session as the missed class.
